Team Synergy Workshop · Designed and facilitated by the-intellect.com
One identity, from the landing page to the printed handout.
Conversations first. The platform is only the table the conversation sits on. This page is the reference every surface follows, so the Strengths-Based Team Synergy day for Brunei LNG looks and reads like one piece of work.
01
The mark
Four squares, one for each CliftonStrengths domain, set in a quiet grid beside the Team Synergy Workshop programme name. Four ways of contributing, held in one frame.
Full lock-up on light. Default everywhere.
Reversed on deep petrol. Covers, dividers, dark panels.
Mark alone, tight spaces only.
How to use it
- Keep clear space around the mark equal to the height of one square.
- Use the full lock-up wherever there is room; the mark alone only in tight spaces such as a favicon.
- Petrol on light, or light on petrol. Never place the mark on a photograph without a solid panel behind it.
- Never re-colour, rotate, outline, stretch or add effects to the mark.
- Never place the mark beside a client logo in a way that implies partnership or endorsement.
02
Colour
Industrial and calm: deep petrol, cool light, one teal for action, and burnt amber held back for the difficult finding. Everything else is a hairline.
Deep petrol
#10262C
--stage / --foreground
Headlines, the projector surface, printed text. The steady base of everything.
Cool light
#F0F3F2
--background
Page and page-margin background. Reads as daylight in a plant control room.
Signal teal
#0E7C86
--primary / --teal
Primary actions, links, accents, the single highlighted phrase in a headline.
Burnt amber
#B25400
--amber
Reserved. The difficult finding, an absence, a caution. Never decoration.
Paper white
#FFFFFF
--card
Cards, tables, printed handouts.
Hairline
#D5DEDD
--border / --hairline
Rules and table lines. One weight only, never a heavy border.
Quiet grey
#55696D
--muted-foreground
Supporting copy, labels, captions.
CliftonStrengths domain colours
Fixed, never restyled. A theme keeps its domain colour in the team grid, the pair pages, the Org DNA views and every handout, so a participant learns the colour once.
Executing
#7A3E9D
--domain-executing
Getting things done. Always this purple, in every grid, chart and handout.
Influencing
#E67E22
--domain-influencing
Reaching and persuading others.
Relationship building
#1677B8
--domain-relationship
Holding a team together.
Strategic thinking
#2E8B57
--domain-strategic
Taking in information and deciding.

How we write
- Plain words
- Say what happens in the room. No jargon, no acronyms the room would not use.
- Sentences, not slogans
- Write as you would speak to nine tired executives at 15:40.
- Careful about people
- Describe patterns and needs, never competence, character or what someone will do next.
- Never overclaim
- Hypotheses and questions, with the evidence behind them. No predictions.
- Quiet in the room
- No countdowns, no scores, no celebration. Nothing on the projector that competes with a person speaking.
05
Surface by surface
- Landing page
- Full lock-up top left. Petrol headline with one teal italic phrase. Photography of a real room, never stock abstraction.
- Proposal and course design document
- Lock-up on the cover and in the running header. Hairline rules between sections. Prints clean on A4 without background colour.
- Projector (stage)
- Deep petrol field, light type, no mark, no motion. The screen holds one idea at a time.
- Participant handouts
- Paper white, domain colours for themes, lock-up in the footer with the confidentiality line.
- Facilitator screens
- Interface fonts, dense but calm. Colour only where it carries meaning.
